Venture Technologies CEO Gerard Gibert announced today that the Company has earned Cisco’s Gold Star for Customer Satisfaction Excellence.
As part of Cisco’s worldwide assessment process, Cisco Systems has recognized Venture Technologies for achieving Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence effective March, 2006. Customer Satisfaction Excellence is one of the highest distinctions a partner can achieve within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
Only a very small percentage of Cisco partners attain Cisco Channel Customer Satisfaction Excellence. Venture Technologies is the only partner in Mississippi currently honored with this status. 96 percent of customers surveyed stated that they want to use, and will continue to use Venture Technologies.
