Today, Venture Technologies, an IT Solutions Provider, announces that Wayne Gilbert, Venture’s VP of Professional Services, has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
The PMP is an ISO/IEC 17024 accredited certification that is governed by the Project Management Institute (PMI). PMI credentials are globally recognized as there are more than 218,000 credential holders in over 160 countries. Holders of the PMP have demonstrated competence, capability and experience in project management.
To pass, a candidate has to pass a rigorous 4-hour examination consisting of 200 questions. Additionally, the candidate must substantiate 4,500 hours of real-world project management experience.
