Today, Venture Technologies, announces that it has successfully completed SAS 70 Type II certification of its Data Center operations.
The Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No. 70 is an internationally recognized standard developed by the (AICPA) American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. A SAS 70 audit is conducted by a service auditor and confirms that a service organization, typically one that provides IT services, has adequate controls and effective security systems necessary to safeguard IT assets including customer programs and data.
